From the start Kim listened and understood my needs and wants when looking for a home. You hear horror stories of how bad home buying is, but Kim made the entire process very smooth. I was moving from Ohio to Louisiana, and was not able to see the home in person prior to closing day. Kim worked with me in order to do a live video walkthrough. She negotiated an amazing deal with the seller for me, found an amazing home, and even informed me that it smelled like cigarette smoke. Not realizing how bad it was, I went forward with the purchase. When I arrived in person to see the house, Kim offered to pay for professional cleaning that the seller failed to do. At the last minute, the seller unexpectedly got cold feet and ceased all communication, even not showing up for closing. lol remained professional the entire time, understood that I was very anxious, and talked me through the whole process! Finally the seller showed up, and I was able to close! I WILL use Kim again in the future!

Kim was very kind and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for in our home. She was always available to answer our questions and responded immediately. She never made us feel rushed during any point in the process which made us feel confident in our decision.
