We called Joan Gokey as soon as we made the decision to sell. We knew of her through my daughter's good friend's mother. Joan came quickly to help us as we were on a really tight schedule. We managed to get inspections, photos , and recommendations done quickly. We had to move to Texas and handle every thing on line and on the cell phone. Joan was most helpful with explaining the processes of offers on the house. It was quite a journey with covid complicating the situation. When the right buyer showed up it all happened very quickly. And we remained in Quarantine in Texas. We are grateful for her help and her volunteering to go above her contractual duties to get the job completed.
