God always give you what you need when you need it and God let me and Eythan paths cross when it matter the most, Eythan not only help me with the dream of becoming a home owner but I don't think eythan knows the huge statement he made for people like me that have lost everything due to drugs and alcohol that they too can accomplish the task of becoming a homeowner. Eythan not only learned me during the process but he also learned my two boys as well and put us in a house that was perfect for us. I know I wasn't the easier person to work with because I didn't believe in myself or even think this was possible but Eythan never gave up on me and let me go through a wide range of emotions and was still there. If he saw a house he thought was a good fit for me and my boys knowing I am a single father he would call me and say what you doing Mr Alvin I got a house I think you and the boys would like, I didn't gain a realtor I gain a family
