Bobbie Almond acted as my agent in the recent purchase of a new home across several state lines. If not for her understanding, patience and dedication I know that everything would not have gone as smoothly. Her positive upbeat attitude kept me looking when things didn't t turn out as hoped for, she kept telling me that the right house was out there and we would find it, and she was right. From the time we found the house I wanted to purchase she was there assisting in making the offer and once accepted, insured we stayed on track with the inspection, repairs, appraisal, prep for closing and accompanied me to the closing of my new home. And I know with most realtors this is the end of the association as they have been paid for the job that they have done, but not with Bobbie. Even after closing Bobbie has continued to follow-up and has provided invaluable assistance through her knowledge of the local area. I would definitely refer Bobbie Almond to family and friends as a realtor. And yes, I would contact Bobbie again should I need to find additional property in the local area, but I hope I don't have to!
