Jeremiah called my attention. Because I was searching for houses passed midnight and I sent him a question regarding a property and for my surprise he replied right away.
So I felt that an agent who cares so deeply for someone who was not his client at that time has got the be the best. Some websites took weeks to reply to me and some of them are still calling me to see if I am still on the market as a buyer.
So from my experience with Jeremiah. He is absolutely the best person anyone could possibly meet when in the process of buying or selling. He goes above and beyond and he REALLY cares. Century 21 is very lucky to have him on your team.
