The one thing I loved about working with Kurt was he never tried to pressure me into a sale. He listened so much that there were times we walked into a house and he knew before asking it wasn’t it! He listens and that’s key when making a big decision such as buying a house. The other thing I loved about Kurt was he was always accessible and he made sure that if he couldn’t make a showing with me, that I never went alone. I stumbled on Kurt, but grateful that I did!
The purchase process was smooth. Kurt made sure to advocate for me and gave me steps to take to help with negotiations.
