Originally a native of Vermont, Brady graduated with High Honors, from Mt. Anthony High School in just 2 years, through an advanced Honors level academic schedule. Brady entered college at the age of 15, and graduated in 1992 from Southern Vermont College in Bennington, VT with a major in Business Management, & minor in Marketing and Advertising. After graduating from college, Brady moved to Boston in 1994, & has since pursued and maintained a highly successful Sales and Marketing career with over 17 years of experience in Real Estate Sales. He is an exceptionally ethical, hardworking, family man, musician, artist, 30+ yr home Chef, & fisherman. Brady comes from a family that has been working in Real Estate sales, and also building homes all over New England, for over 40 years. Starting with attending Open Houses at the age of 8, he has been immersed in the business most of his life. Having worked his way through college and beyond for new construction and also renovation Builders, for over 15 years, he has built many Homes from the ground up, also renovated properties inside and out. This insight ensures he is very knowledgeable about existing building conditions, construction, repairs, improvements, architecture, renovations, and thereby, has finely tuned insight into current conditions, property pricing & valuation, as well being able to make statistical calculations into assessing value of future improvements. Brady is a local expert in neighborhoods & towns throughout Eastern Massachusetts, from the Boston Metro area, to the North & South Shores, as well as Metrowest.

I am very busy as a single working mother who also cares for an elderly parent. The experience I had with Brady was flawless. He is at the top of his game and he is trustworthy and I felt he always had my best interest. He always explained everything to me and he truly had my back. I can't recommend him more, it was like having your best friend take care of everything for you.

Prior to my selecting Brady to sell my house, he gave me the confidence I needed that he would go above and beyond in every aspect of the sale; from pre-sale through closing. He then responded very quickly with a thorough sales and marketing plan, before we signed the contract to sell. Those were critical considerations that I took in to account for my selection of Brady to sell my house.
Reflecting after the sale of my house, I don't know how any of the components of the sale could have been handled better. I was very satisfied with all aspects.

Brady did a fantastic job of analyzing the market and creating a plan for the marketing of our home. The virtual tour was amazing, and Brady spent a lot of time preparing for the open houses and keeping us informed during the process. He gave us all of the information we needed, and responded immediately to our questions. We felt very comfortable taking his advice, and we put the details of the sale in his hands. The process was a little complicated because both of the sellers were in other countries while the house was on the market, but we relied on Brady to represent us and he did a great job!
