Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. When we hired her we had already purchased a second home out of state and were very stressed about the fact that our house was not under agreement, despite having been on the market for three months and having had numerous visitors and open houses.
Jennifer gave us ideas about how to improve the inside and outside of the house and helped us find a person to stage the house. We dropped the price significantly and put on a new roof but she sold the house in the middle of summer in a matter of days.
