Diane came in with the lowest comps of 3 agents I interviewed, but her enthusiasm and appreciation of the property were enough to sway me. She was the one I most wanted to work with day in and day out. I decided on the final listing price and received a full-price offer in just over 24 hours on the market. We moved out of state halfway through the contract period and it was great to know Diane could check in on our condo and be there for anything that was needed. While I know she must have had other clients, she never gave any indication that that my sale was anything beyond her top priority. I would recommend her to anyone
