I met Roger Dasilva at the gym and we came to be good friends. Before I even knew he was an agent I knew the guy was very honest and wants your best interest at heart. So when I finally came to terms to sell my house and found out he was an agent, I knew exactly who to use. He basically gained us up to 50-100k just in value because he dug deep into our home and found out it was really a 2 family instead of single family with in-law.
