wasn't responsive and I needed to view the house same day !
First, she made out time to meet with me same day even though it was July 4th weekend and everyone was geared up for the holiday . She went out of her way to connect me with a mortgage officer that can help meet my need as the one I had wasn't responsive since it was a long weekend. She made sure my offer went in the very next day too !
Katia treated everything not like a transaction or business but like she was doing it for herself !
There was this peace that came with the way she handled things ! I was out of the country during the whole sales process and she took charge of everything. Even when there was a hiccup before the closing, she assured me that everything would be alright and took the initiative where needed !!!
