After having several realtors come through my house, I went with the one most recommended by word-of-mouth, Kristen Vitello. Kristen distinguished herself from the others with her energy and enthusiasm. Furthermore, her clear understanding of my home's potential coupled with her impressive awareness of my neighborhood was noteworthy. She sat me down. Listened to me. I was an out-of-state seller and she took care of EVERYTHING. Whether coordinating repairs needed after inspection or negotiating deftly on my behalf with agents and attorneys, she demonstrated an ability to take care of every detail. Her work ethic was unparalleled as she conducted showings flawlessly. Her energy level was breathtaking. Emails at 7 AM or texts 11 PM were the norm and were very much appreciated. I always knew my house was in good hands as Kristen stayed on top of everything. If you want an agent who will take the stress out of buying or selling your house, you want Kristen Vitello.
