Laurie has worked with my family with 6 real estate transactions in the past 14 years. Laurie is professional, very knowledgeable with the market and very personable understanding the emotional aspects of sales transactions. This last transaction involved selling my mom's condo after my mom succumbing to cancer. Laurie was one of the first to reach out to extend her condolences, as a family friend, having worked together over the years, not a realtor. It was an emotional time and Laurie was so supportive and sensitive to the reality of the situation. Knowing Laurie to be the expert I've learned she was with other transactions, I was so relieved that she would be able to handle the sale. I was fully confident in her advice on staging, on pricing and her strategy. She kept me informed of absolutely every step, following up with comments from realtors, potential buyers, giving her opinions from the very beginning until closing. We had an incredible offer within days of first showing. I never had to worry something would be missed or sales price would be under expectations. Sales price exceeded expectations due to Laurie. On a personal note, Laurie was not just a realtor supporting the sale of condo, but a support in the loss of both of my parents. I knew my parents were smiling at the closing and so appreciative of Laurie doing the best for them, once again.
Laurie was on top of everything with the sale. There was never a need to follow up and ask questions, Laurie was always communicating what was going on, what came next. Extremely efficient. This sale went so smoothly and all sales seem to have some hiccups. Not one hiccup. Laurie was in contact with attorney directly, other real estate agents, trustees of condo, management company of condo. I never had to worry about anything.
Excellent is not a high enough rating. She was all of the above in the most professional way. It was a pleasure working with Laurie.

I would like to take this opportunity to say Thank you to Laurie Devereaux with regard to the positive experience we had in selling our Somerville home. Laurie’s understanding of the hottest market in the area, as well as her expertise in the art of the sale helped us find the perfect buyer in a timely manner satisfying my family needs. Since there were 5 siblings involved in the sale of my parents estate, this was no easy task. She listened to each one of us with patience and professionalism and even though at times, the conversations may have been difgicult, Laurie con continued to support is in a calming and reasonable way. Laurie went above and beyond by working at nights and on weekends until the entire deal was finalized. She was always at the other end of a frantic text to calm things down, giving assurance and advice. Thank you my friend for making a difgicult situation easy.
