Wendy Merrill
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional: integrity, attentiveness, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy and effective negotiation skills, all of which are hallmarks of how we work.
We are a mother-daughter team with a combined 30+ years of experience in assisting seller and buyer clients. We are originally from the North Shore where Jeannie practiced real estate and was the office field trainer for more than 25 years. Wendy essentially grew up in the business and developed a deep love and respect for the industry. With a background in sales and recruiting, Wendy finally made the leap into the real estate profession in 2014. She resides in Easton with her husband Joe, two daughters and their beloved golden retriever. Jeannie relocated to Mansfield in 2016; then she and Wendy joined forces to form the Merrill McClean Team.
