Jacqui picked up on a lot of mistakes from the other person and her Lawyers paralegal.
I did not pick up on them and I was glad to have her in my corner.

I believe buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decision one can make. This process involve many people from parents, children, lenders, sales agents and more!!!. I’m 26 years old and with the help of my siblings we were able to find what we needed thanks to Jacqui. We had the entire family involved in the process and Jacqui was very responsive to our needs. Always available. We worked with Jacqui for over 8 months and never had a bitter experience with her. Therefore, it is important that you find a person who you can TRUST with the experience you need to walk with you during this important move in your life.
Jacqui has 7 major qualities a realtor must have: communication, knowledge of the markets, availability, loyalty, and savvy with investment, compassionate and patience. When she needed to disagree or agree with us there was no hesitation to do it. She was not looking for favoritism or affirmation in doing her job but she wanted to make sure she was leading us toward the right path.
You can reach her 7 days a week with ANY questions, ideas or concerns. She loves to hear your ideas so do not be afraid to share it with her even if you think it sounds stupid. When we needed to know the market comps, I was amazed by her knowledge and skills in giving us the right information for us to make the right decision. Also she is a loyal realtor who not even for one instance gave any sense of mistrust: she always told me I’m working for you not the seller so I must be committed to your needs not the seller. Every time when we went to see a house she came with us even if it was far she was there. She walked with us inspecting the entire property asking questions as to make sure that the property was a good investment. Her networking of inspectors, lawyers, lenders and general contractors is excellent. You will be very happy working with the people she recommends. We had some inconvenience with our lender but Jacqui immediately found someone else to work with us and even found us a great lawyer to work with us (Steven J. Andreoni-- 508-761-9600).
One of the major factors that my family and I admire about Jacqui is her sense of compassion and patience. She was always kind and understanding of our worries, needs, mission and vision as a family. She was willing to accommodate all of us which I was very impressed and happy with the way she managed so many of us. She has a heart of a mother so she was able to put at from the needs of others. Always available to answers our questions and find a suggestions to help us make the right move.
