Wendy did a great job in preparing a CMA for us. We asked to price the property 4900 higher, and the sales price was at her high estimate. Wendy was very attentive to seller concerns, which made the selling process easier for us. She made herself available when we had the slightest concern, and followed through on every detail that needed attention from her. We thought that her suggested commuter open house on Friday afternoon was a great idea and yielded the results we hoped for.
