Irbensky went above and beyond as our agent. Not only was he extremely communicative, but he took his time to explain things to us. No matter how many times we asked a question, he was willing to answer it with patience and kindness. His knowledge of real estate and the market was apparent in the way that he approached the purchase of our home. Irbensky is someone that we will go to time and time again. He also explained things to my mother in Haitian Creole, which was definitely a plus because there are contracts and steps that don't translate exactly. We changed our minds throughout this process and contemplated on several decisions. Irbensky was patient with us the entire time. He joined us on group calls, he answered our questions no matter how early or late, and he drove whatever distance to make sure we saw a potential home. He was also very active and dug deep to find details that weren't obvious. I will recommend Irbensky to everyone I come across.
