Stacey absolutely went above and beyond expectations in keeping this deal together. She directed the selling agent (not very experienced), the mortgage company and the management company in completing this transaction. Lest I forget, outstanding negotiation with the seller. All of this was accomplished in a very condensed time frame. Don't know who else would have been able to pull it all together.
