I worked with Patricia last year during a very tough market, when she was previously with Realtor.com. Then I paused my home search, until I coulld move locally to the area (into an Airbnb, and with my posessions in storage). I shifted my search from small fixer upper homes (which Patricia has a very good understaning of), to looking for a condo. Since Patricia had sold condos before, I re-contacted her after I moved here, and through our partnership, we succesfully closed a condo on 02/10/23.
