During the past 30 years, my husband and I have lived, worked, and raised a family on the South Shore. We enjoy all of the natural resources the area offers including kayaking, hiking and biking, boating and fishing, and yes, even cranberry and beach plum picking. I LOVED working beside Karen Grevenitz. Our home buying process was different than I expected and had some tough factors considering we were buying during COVID-19 and had time constraints, however Karen was amazing and adapted to every circumstance to make sure that our needs were met and we were able to look at/put offers in on every home that we wished too. She was extremely educational to us as first time home buyers, and was our biggest advocate when any issues/concerns came up. Eventually we found our perfect home with everything we wished for and I cannot be happier with our purchase or experience. I would recommend Karen to any of my family/friends in a heartbeat.

My husband and I could not have been more pleased with our experience with Karen Grevenitz. She made a stressful situation for us much easier.She was caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. She was always available to talk if not meet in person. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. Our only regret is that we did not find her earlier to help us sell our house! If we ever need to buy or sell another house we will absolutely do business with Karen again! Karen Grevenitz was lovely! She was the listing agent on a property we bought without a buyers agent (I am former realtor with over a decade of experience). She got our offer accepted in a multiple offer situation which we were grateful for. She was organized, helpful and knew the area well (which I did not). I would absolutely be happy to deal with Karen again if she had a listing we were interested in! Highly recommend.
