Jean and Janine were referred to me by a friend of the family who had a great experience with them. Both ladies did not dissapoint and were fantastic for the entirety of the selling process. For someone going through the process for the first time it was important to me to have different aspects explained to me in laymen's terms and both Janine and Jean were excellent and all questions were answered promptly and honestly. In addition to helping me understand the process both Jean and Janine were patient and professional despite having to do multiple open houses and the result was a sold house and a great experience which I would recommend to anyone.
The advertising of the house on the Century 21 website was done professionally and looked great. The open house as stated before were also done great despite having to have multiple showings. The closing of the house went smoothly and all aspects associated with the closing such as water readings and fire inspections were handled and scheduled by Jean and Janine which was convienent considering I had so much more on my plate.
Jean was excellent throughout the entire process, couldn't have asked for more, she even remembered to say hi to my dog every time we spoke, and he's a member of the family so that's important!
Jean's partner Janine was equally fantastic and all the praises I mentioned earlier go equally for Janine, she was professional, punctual, approachable, knowledgeable and very friendly, Jean and Janine make a great team.
