Ken has a great network and has been working with others in the industry including insurance and mortgage brokers as well as inspectors and attorneys so the closing/purchasing process was relatively smooth and fast.
First time home buyers need a little more explanation of some things sometimes and with that maybe a bit more time to think things through. However, Ken has taken the time to explain most things in detail and in plain English at the right time.
