Michele's help and service was seamless, and impeccable. She was the 4th Realtor that I had worked with in Maryland as the others left a very bad impression. Michele held my hand as well as my mother's hand throughout the entire short sale process. She was always available and gave her best professional efforts at all times. Because I had a bad time with other Agents, I was not sure that I could initially trust Michele. It was not long that I was very at ease working with her long distance. She is honest, reliable, patient and has a very hard work ethic.
