Romae was amazing. I was selling the house from Colorado and Romae was instrumental in handling onsite vendors and any issues with them. She actually spent time working from the home in order to handle issues. She also built relationships with neighbors and neighborhood leaders who were excellent resources. I could not have handled the issues - from clean up to repair - without her. She was indispensable.
