Above and Beyond:
It's important to listen, to hear the things the customer/client is not saying. To anticipate their needs. Being available to perform tasks which make the transaction as smooth as possible is extremely important. Also, seeking and providing the most accurate information so the best decisions can be made. Being available for appointments when the customer/client can't be there. At the day, I would like for my customer/client to say, "I couldn't have done it without her"....

It was a pleasure working with Rosalyne. She helped my son with the purchase of his home and she was an asset in helping me with the purchase of my home . I would recommend her to family and friends.

Rosalyn Chatman was very helpful/and understanding during this very "complex" sale of property. Based on her professionalism and real estate knowledge - I would not hesitate recommending her to anyone seeking real estate agent assistance.

As a result of the quick sale and the assistance that Rosalyne provided during
the complete process of selling the property was amazing. She was able to
make the process a "STRESS FREE" event. She was every professional and
patient and I would like to say THANKS....
