This was my 2nd time working with Kim Fisher, the first time the deal fell apart because the property was going through eminent domain with the city of Baltimore. This purchase was a difficult one. We had a very difficult seller and also a difficult title company that the seller wanted me to work with. Kim Fisher fought for me to change the use of that title company which I was afraid that they did not know what they were doing and that my title was going to be clouded. Even though I signed on the contract to use their title company, Kim Fisher fought on my behalf to choose my own title company. She went beyond the scope of her job to make this small purchase happen. However, she still put the effort into this small purchase as she would with a big purchase. That kind of service and dedication is hard to match!
