Alicia Stukes
Alicia Stukes is a licensed Associate Broker in the State Maryland, a Broker in North Carolina and a licensed salesperson in the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Alicia earned her Associates Degree in General Studies from Prince George’s Community College and a Bachelors of Science in Management Studies and a minor in Human Resources from University of Maryland, University College.
Always striving to be the best at her craft, Alicia has earned several professional designations and certifications which include Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), ePro, Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Workforce Housing Certified (WHC).
Alicia is also a certified Credit Smart Counselor who has completed the homebuyer education focused training facilitated by Fannie Mae Alicia knows that “iron sharpens iron” thus she is always aiming to learn about the cutting edge industry related topics so that she can leverage that knowledge to assist her clients. As a Credit Smart certified instructor, Alicia has a passion for helping consumers understand credit which includes proper use, management and how to cure negative reporting. She also conducts homebuyer education seminars and workshops in her local community to educate consumers about the homebuyer process from start to finish. In May of 2016, Alicia founded a non-profit organization called I’m Bruised But Not Broken, Inc. (IBBNB) and currently serves as the CEO.
Finally, Alicia is the mother of three adult children Patrick, Brian and Kayla. “Service to others….that is what I am called to do” and “Homeownership…from my hands to yours” are Alicia’s mottos....
