Experience In 1991, Cindy Crispell began her career in real estate. Working with Washington Homes, a multi-million dollar company, allowed for three years of valuable experience. In 1994, Cindy signed on as a sales associate with Coldwell Banker, this providing another relationship with a renowned leader in the industry. From 1995 to 1997, she enjoyed yet another successful position as a new homes sales representative for Richmond American Homes. The birth of her second child in 1997 afforded an opportunity to stay at home with her children in the early years, all the while keeping a foot in the real estate world. Her return in 2004 to work with RE/MAX was promising and exciting transition. She made the transition to CENTURY 21 New Millennium in 2005, greatly expanding her fulfilling real estate career. I had the best experience with Cindy Crispell and Tina Henderson. I had to sell my house due to tenants who took advantage of me and my home. They put rocks in my sink, smashed the rain spout, left trash in the yard and throughout the entire house, including, but not limited to chicken wings, pizza crust, underwear, socks, couches, which were considered too large for trash removal and I had to personally pay to take them to the dump, among other rotten things. The house was filthy and their was a leak that caused damage to the ceiling in the kitchen. I felt hopeless owing money to the mortgage company on top of all these repairs that, in my mind, needed to be done. The tenants owed me over $6,000 and left the County without notifying me. With all the damage plus months and months of unpaid rent, I had to sell the home through a short-sale. I was referred to Cindy through a lawyer I took my case to. He told me that he knew the perfect team for selling my house as a short-sale. I was introduced to Cindy when she came out almost immediately to look at the house. I knew right away that she was extremely knowledgeable and motivated. From that day Cindy and her fabulous team, worked continuously and passionately, on the sale of my home. Any questions I had were answered all the time and in a timely manner. Even though the process was lengthy, I never felt that they had forgotten me. I was always informed and kept up-to-date about every detail. Signing papers on my cell phone or computer was extremely convenient. Cindy and Tina were professional, friendly and very easy to talk to. I highly recommend Century 21, in Southern MD, to anyone on the market to buy a new house or looking to sell their property. Cindy and her team were awesome!!
