Karen Brooks is the best Real Estate Agent that I have ever used comparing her to over 20 others from Sales of properties in California, Washington state, Arizona and Maryland.
I told Karen (who managed my property as a rental) that if she had a buyer, to keep us in mind as she continued to manage it. About 2-3 months later she had an inquiry about buying rental property and sold ours. Not only did she do a fabulous job with the sale; she also did a fabulous job finding a renter and managing the whole process of our condo. The tenant she found for us was unbelievable. The kept the apartment like a model home and they were never late on the rent in 3+ years.
In 2005, Karen sold my Dad's house after my Mom died. Dad (83) was a mess and Karen helped me deal with him and kept me sane. Mom and Dad moved into their house in 1966. Dad was an old crumengon and on his best days difficult to deal with. She sold it and spent lots of time helping him understand the process.
