My passion for real estate began when I was about four years old, watching my father build the home I grew up in alongside two young Amish craftsmen in Western Pennsylvania. From those early days, I developed a love for land, homes, and the sense of community they create. To this day, I love the smell of lumber, sawdust, concrete, bricks and mortar.
After graduating college, I began my career with one of the top three homebuilders in the Maryland, DC, and Virginia area, gaining experience in Sales and Marketing, Land Development, Acquisitions, Production, and Purchasing. Over the years, I expanded my expertise working with several respected, high-end builders across the region. These experiences taught me not only the ins and outs of real estate, but also the core values I bring to every client: integrity, professionalism, trust and excellent communication.
When I wasn't actively working in real estate, my greatest honor was raising my four children. During those years, I honed the art of advocacy and negotiation-skills I now apply on behalf of every client I represent. I take time to understand your goals, lifestyle, and dreams, and I am committed to guiding you every step of the way to ensure the best possible outcome.
Having lived and worked in Frederick, MD for nearly 30 years, I know firsthand what makes our community so special-from its vibrant downtown, unique shops and diverse dining to its proximity to natural attractions like the Blue Ridge Mountains and Cunningham Falls as well as a dynamic, sustainable agricultural presence and growing biotech sector. Let's not forget its close proximity to metropolitan areas- Washington D.C. and Baltimore.
