we only had about 2 or 3 open houses, Dotti did all the leg work, there didn't seem to be a high demand in Maugansville for houses even though it's close to major interstates, but we came up with a price and stuck with it and Dotti made it happen, no other nouses in area sold for even close to what she was able to get for us. GREAT JOB!!!
