Dawn was born and raised in Southern Maryland and graduated from Northern High School. She began her career in 1998 as a Mortgage Loan Processor and later advanced to a Mortgage Loan Settlement Officer. In 2011. Dawn’s deep understanding of both the mortgage and real estate processes gives her clients a competitive edge, whether they are buying or selling a home. She specializes in VA loans and takes great pride in assisting Veterans through every step of their homeownership journey. She loves helping first time homebuyers start their journey with home ownership. When she’s not working with clients, she loves spending time with beloved Shih Tzu, Maggie Mae. She also has a passion for classic cars and cherishes time spent with her family.
