When Jim approached us about selling our house we really had not thought about a realtor. He saw us loading vehicles and just stopped in. Our thoughts were we needed to empty and get rid of stuff from living in the house over 30 years and then talk to a realtor. He made it easy for us by taking that step away. We had a difficult property to sell...Jim knew the area and all the right steps to get it sold quickly for a wonderful price.
