I am Dan Schwartz, and I've been where you are--eager to find a house that meets your needs, in a location you want, at a price you can afford or sell your house for top dollar. My first real estate investment more than fifteen years ago set the stage for my career as an agent. I learned the ins and outs of rental properties and how to understand and adapt to the ever-changing housing market. Today I enjoy helping clients through the exciting, sometimes daunting, home-buying and selling process. Background: I own and manage investment properties in Virginia and Salt Lake City and rent them to three families and more than 50 students. I earned a Master of Business Administration at The George Washington University and a BA in Accounting and Finance at Syracuse University. I am also an outdoor enthusiast and professional scuba diver.
