My partner and I worked with Dorothea beginning in the fall 2019 when we bought our very first house in Silver Spring outside of the Washington, DC area. She made the experience seamless and easy. By end of 2022, we moved and therefore asked for Dorothea's help to rent out our home and find tenants, she also helped us find a property manager. The process took longer than we thought, but we were very happy to find great tenants who stayed there for 2 years. We were ready to sell at the beginning of 2025, and Dorothea helped us sell in about 2 months. It was a nerve-wracking time with a change in political federal administration, massive layoffs, and we were extremely stressed that these current events would devalue our home immensely. Dorothea worked very hard despite these challenges, and we were very happy and surprised at how much we earned in the end from the sale of our home.
