Jeannie Nguyen moved to the United States from Vietnam as a young child and is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County, Maryland. The youngest of twelve children, Jeannie was raised in a hard-working and resourceful family. Our experience with Jeannie was very good and most helpful since we were purchasing a home from some distance away and made the process as if we were in the next town. Jeannie Nguyen was very communicative, both calls, emails and text messages, which was important since planning and executing a move a long distance is challenging in itself. Jeannie Nguyen was good at answering all our questions, following up on any additional asks and was detailed in responses, which was important to us. She facilitated the whole process from opening bid to closing and all aspects inbetween of inspecitions and follow ups items. We met Jeannie at an open house in December, telling her that we wanted to move early spring. She was knowledgeable, welcoming, and professional from the start. With a upheaval and federal workforce that occurred in the spring, Jeannie was patient with us as we took our time to be sure that we were ready to find another house. We saw dozens of houses, and Jeannie was easy to schedule and very knwoeldgeable. Our seller wasn't the easiest to work with, and there were several odd nuances, but we got the deal done and knew that Jeannie had our best interest at heart. I'll definitely recommend her to family and friends in the future! We just bought our forever home, otherwise I would say that I would use her again in the future also lol. But hopefully I don't have to find another home for 30 years!
