Hello! I’m Lisa Buohl and I'm a full-time REALTOR® serving Frederick County, Maryland, surrounding Central and Western Maryland communities, and select areas of Pennsylvania. With over 17 years of combined marketing and real estate experience, I provide strategic guidance, strong negotiation, and exceptional service to buyers, sellers, investors, and fellow real estate professionals.
As a trusted Frederick County MD real estate expert, I specialize in residential real estate, working with
first-time home buyers and sellers, move-up buyers, downsizers, relocation clients, seniors, and real estate investors. My deep understanding of local Maryland and Pennsylvania housing markets, combined with proven negotiation skill, allows me to consistently help sellers achieve top dollar and buyers secure homes with confidence and clarity.
Education is the foundation of my business. I am passionate about empowering clients with knowledge and personalized real estate strategies so they can make informed decisions throughout the buying or selling process. I also provide my clients with access to a trusted network of local vendors, including lenders, inspectors, contractors, and service professionals, ensuring a smooth experience from consultation to closing and beyond.
In addition to serving clients, I am deeply committed to mentoring and coaching real estate agents. As a team leader and mentor, I help agents build strong businesses through hands-on guidance, proven systems, accountability, and real-world experience. I take pride in supporting agents at every stage of their careers and fostering a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
My family and I live in Frederick County, Maryland, where we are actively involved in our local community. When I’m not working with clients or mentoring agents, you’ll find us enjoying hiking, the mountains, the beach, local wineries, cookouts, and making lasting memories with family and friends.
Whether you’re searching for a Maryland REALTOR®, a Frederick County real estate professional, a Pennsylvania real estate resource, or a strong mentor in real estate, I would love the opportunity to connect and help you reach your goals....
