In real estate, timing is everything. If someone drags their feet showing you a place, it literally can be the difference if you have a chance at the property. Kristin has always been awesome at getting me out and showing me the property in a timely fashion.

Kristin is a phenomenal real estate agent! She took the time to understand what we were looking for and was on top of sending us listings when they came up. Kristin sent us the listing for the home we purchased days before it showed up on realtor.com. She helped us get our offer in quickly and make the deal despite there being another offer. And she always responded quickly to any questions. She did a great job coordinating several marathons of showings for us which was great since we had a long drive to the area. She is such a wonderful person that we actually had fun during our home search. I think her charm also helped us with making the deal and moving the process along. We will be forever grateful for Kristin's help in finding our beautiful up north oasis. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
