Jill Dean has been a licensed Realtor since 1997. A Graduate of Bay City All Saints High School followed by completing the Cosmetology course from Bayshire Beauty Academy. She has been a lifelong resident of Bay City. Jill is a mother of two daughters, Blair and Addison Kozuch and has three step children , Jordan and Jake Dean and Jessica Kraska. Married to Bernie Dean for 5 yrs they share the love for their first grand baby, Henrik Kraska. Jill owned her own salon, The Ritz Hair Co. prior to becoming a Realtor. Her love of homes and decorating talent inspired her to obtain a certificate in staging homes.. which benefits her sellers by capturing the most money possible and selling in the fastest possible time. Having the eye for color and knowledge of marketing homes has been one of the contributing factors to Jill's successful career in Real Estate.
