Elaine Viccars impressed me from our first meeting. She was selling a Condo, belonging to a very dear friend, who was quite ill and needing to move to be close to family. The quality of her care, concern and service was outstanding. This encounter took place 12-15 years ago, but I kept her card and never forgot. If ever there was a needed for me to sell or buy, I was determined that Elaine would be the lady that would represent me. In 2017 my Mother passed, leaving her home in Warren, that was under lease. The people leasing the home wanted to buy, we wanted to sell. I spoke with Elaine in late 2019 and asked if she would be interested in taking care of facilitating this sale and then - COVID-19 - and life went on HOLD. We stayed in contact, and in February 2021 the tenant and I came to an agreement on sale price and Elaine started the wheels turning to bring this home to close. You will notice that "Understanding the needs and requirements" was Critical for me. It is not easy to say "Good-bye" to one's childhood home - BUT Elaine truly understood!
