Matt was an amazing realtor from the very beginning. Now, nearly four years later and many personal ups and downs, he is more like family. Whenever we went to view a house or discuss a property, it never felt like realtor/client. Our relationship was much more significant. This is a major life change, and Matt was there to explain everything and help us find exactly the home to fit our needs. He was persistent, kind, and helpful every step of the way. He was understanding to our schedules when trying to look at properties, and could also judge a property before we even discussed it to know if it was worthwhile to look. Matt gave us his time and expertise, but more importantly, he gave us himself. He is a phenomenal human. He is a caring realtor. We never felt like we were just another commission for him. We talked about more than just houses. We could banter about college football and other sports. We spoke around holidays to offer each other warm greetings. We would not have had near as much fun looking for a forever home if we had any other realtor. Matt is not just a realtor. Matt is extraordinary at every level. We are so blessed to have met him through this experience, and look forward to maintaining our connection and recommending him to anyone else house hunting. With this being our first home purchase, we never once felt like Matt was taking advantage of us. Matt was so patient and explained everything thoroughly. He was always a phone call or text away to explain things. He is very good at what he does. We never had a question go unanswered. Matt was for us, not for the sale. Some realtors sell houses, but Matt helps people first. He did not do anything that would not be in our favor. We were lucky to have a realtor that saw us first, and was not just trying to line his wallet. Matt should train other realtors because he has the It Factor. I don't think I can ever express just how great he is. He has experience in the field so he is knowledgeable about the processes needed to complete a sale. More importantly, he is a phenomenal human. No way would we have spent nearly four years with him if he wasn't. We enjoyed spending time with him even when looking at house. We learned something new with each property. This was a wonderful experience to look for and eventually purchase our first home. We have no complaints. It was sad to think that we had found a home at first only because we wouldn't get to see Matt as much. However, we've become family now, and will still communicate even after this sale is complete. Century 21 Signature Realty is better because of Matt. I used to think his type of passion was reserved for teachers, nurses, and public safety workers. However, Matt has a passion and excitement similar to the people I know in those fields. He was born for this, and we are so very blessed we were able to be his clients.
