Sara Wojtala, working hand in hand with her father in-law Tim Wojtala, worked efficiently to help get our home sold. Within just over a week we had an offer on ouor house. We were under unusual circumstances because we were at the tail end of a multi-transaction deal, in which one could'nt happen without the other to like the 3rd power. When things seemed like they were at a stand still, the wife or myself would question whats going on and we were rest assured that everything was good. All the way to closing day, when papers had to be filed with the City of Wyandotte after everything was signed, Sara made it to city hall and had filed paperwork with the city before we even left the parking lot. Thank you again, and to repeat what I said about your father in-law, a big IF we ever move back to Michigan, we'll be reaching out to y'all. Thank you oce again for everything....
