One of the things we liked most about Tim was his patience and detail in describing the process, start to finish. As first time home buyers this was uncharted waters for us and he made the process easier than we ever could imagine. He spent the time getting to know what we were looking for and explaining different options that would fit our needs and lifestyle. He was on top of every step of the process and made sure nothing fell through the cracks.
Patience and communication made the process very smooth for us. I felt like Tim was one step ahead of the entire process so that we weren't blindsided by anything. We couldn't have asked for a better experience during our first time buying a house....
