Belle is a real nice broker. She can speak many different languages including English, Chinese, and Cantonese. That's very helpful for Chinese students to bought houses around the campus. Also, she is very kind and polite. She helped me to buy an ideal condo for reasonable price recently. I love this condo, it meets all my requirements. It is totally new and very safe, and the whole community is peaceful. The transportation is convenient, because the bus stop is outside my house.
That's the first time for me to have my own house in United States. At the beginning that I decided to buy house, I used to think the process was complex, but she made everything easier than I thought. She even tought me so many things that I never done before, and I think they are meaningful to me.
