Kate Gingery is a Greater Lansing REALTOR® and Associate Broker with CENTURY 21 Affiliated, named the #1 CENTURY 21® franchise in the world for more than a decade. Over seven-plus years, Kate has guided more than 167 transactions and $45 million in sales across East Lansing, Okemos, Holt, Lansing, and the surrounding communities.
Kate got into real estate for one simple reason. Years ago, she had a frustrating experience with an agent. After buying and renovating four homes with her husband,
Ryan, she decided to become the agent she wanted: responsive, honest, and genuinely invested in her clients.
Today she specializes in guiding families through life's biggest transitions: move-up sellers juggling a sale and a purchase, first-time buyers learning the process from scratch, and downsizers and seniors ready for what's next. Clients describe her as warm, down-to-earth, and educational, and many trust her with everything from pricing strategy to paint colors. That trust shows in 87 five-star Google reviews and a business that grows through repeat clients and referrals.
Kate has earned Century 21 production honors every year since 2020, including the Masters Diamond Achievement (2024) and Masters Emerald Achievement (2025).
Kate and Ryan have been married 17 years and are raising four kids. Her faith in Jesus shapes her life....
