Sheryl Gentry was extraordinary to work with. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home and I’m glad she was our first choice. The process of buying a home was very stressful to us but she helped us through all the way. As a first time home buyer I couldn’t be happier with her ability to help us in every way and stick with finding us the perfect home. I did not expect for an agent to be so hopeful through the entire home buying process, but she was there with us through it all and helped me with any questions. We both work very long hours so it was nearly impossible for my boyfriend and I to contact anyone aside from emails or texts, she was there to help me in any way I needed and helped me get in contact with a lot of people when I wasn’t able to call. She perfectly understood exactly what we were looking for in a home. The market we were looking in was during the COVID-19 pandemic, so it was difficult finding good options with houses selling so quickly. But Sheryl was amazing at booking us showings immediately and making sure we had a shot at some of the houses that would be pending the very next day! It took some time to find us the perfect home, but she made sure to stay with us every step of the way. She made the home buying process so much more comfortable and easy, I would very highly recommended anyone to go through Sheryl for their home buying/selling needs! And she is definitely the best choice for first time home buyers!
