Jim started his real estate career, in 2001, with CENTURY 21 and is currently the owner/broker of CENTURY 21 Central Realty & Associates. Since 2001 Jim has furthered his real estate education by completing classes and receiving certifications for Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation and CRS-Certified Residential Specialist. He has been continually active in his local realtor association including serving on the Board of Directors from 2007-2009 sitting on the committees for finance, bylaws, education, and MLS. He also served as Association president from 2006-2008. He was awarded Realtor of the Year in both 2010 and 2014 and the George D. Noch Leadership award, in 2008, from the association and fellow realtors. He is currently serving as an Ambassador for the Mt. Pleasant Chamber of Commerce and is a Board Member for the Mt. Pleasant Discovery Museum. He graduated from Central Michigan University in 1999 with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Jim currently resides in Clare with his wife and his 2 daughters. His hobbies include bow hunting, tournament bass fishing, and spending time with his family.
