Jim was born and raised in the area, which plays a huge role in his familiarity with it and his ability to offer suggestions on the selling price and related matters. Jim also has very reliable and good professional connections as well - i.e., a painter, a mortgage/finance person, a plumber, etc.- with a high degree of professionalism and knowledge on each subject matter; hence, the prices quoted to fix things are reasonable.
