We were very pleased with the way Tellis sold our home -- he priced it exactly right -- he explained why he felt a certain way about things and helped us make decisions about the sale -- after every showing he called and gave us feedback--- at one point we considered dropping the price but Tellis talked us through and explained why he felt we should not drop the price at that time -- and thank God he did because he got us over asking price !
Tellis was very professional and yet so friendly and caring-- we loved the way he kept us informed every step of the way -- and he also checked on us after the sale just to see how we were doing and told us to call him if we had any questions---- he made us feel like we really mattered as people and that we were not just another sale ---we would definitely recommend Tellis !
