Fred has been an absolute pleasure to deal with yet again. I was put in contact with Fred last year when I bought my first house and he was excellent then. When I decided to upgrade my home, I knew Fred would be able to help me out again with selling. He took excellent photos of the home, wrote up a great description of the house, and scheduled an open house during the first weekend it went on sale. Fred was able to find a buyer during the open house and sold my home within only a few days of being on the market. I couldn't be happier with Fred. I tend to ask a lot of questions and want to know everything about what is going on, and Fred is always there to reply to either my phone calls, texts, or emails.
